Processed products are input from the top of the tower and fed through a feeding device to ensure that the equipment is always at full load during operation. The combined effect of the bottomless V-shaped baffle that flips inward and the multiple rows of V-shaped baffles arranged in a staggered manner with processing allows the processed products to be mixed, while also serving as an inlet and outlet channel for dry air. The fan sends the used gas into the collector for purification, and most of the dry air can be recycled, so fuel consumption is minimal.

The maximum heating temperature of the grain itself is below 52 ℃. After each drying stage, a buffering process is adopted to make the moisture content and temperature from the center to the surface of the grain more balanced before entering the next drying stage, which is conducive to the next stage of drying and ensures the quality of the dried grain.

The precipitation amplitude is large, and due to the use of multi-stage drying technology, the precipitation rate can reach 15-18% at a time.

Energy saving is obvious, and it has been proven through practice that compared with other grain dryers, it can save about 20-25% energy.
